Dew
Dew neither rises nor falls, but forms instantaneously when a surface cools enough for the air in contact with it to become saturated. At this ‘Dew Point’, the water vapour held invisibly in the air condenses into droplets. Dew is more likely to form when the air is relatively humid, because it will become saturated more quickly when in contact with a cooling surface.
